An act to make the carriers liable of passengers brought by them into India in contravention of the provisions of the Passport (Entry into India) Act, 1920 and the rules made there under and matters connected therewith. The system automates the procedures to be followed by the Carrier, FRRO/Civil Authority on violation of the provision of the Immigration (Carrier's Liability) Act 2000. This portal facilitates the Carrier's Registration, Provision for reply to notices issued to them by Civil Authorities, Online Payment facility, provision to Appeal by Carrier's to Appellate Authority.
